Shift Supervisor – Corporate Security

We're looking for a Shift Supervisor who leads from the front.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes ownership, supports their officers, holds people accountable, and maintains high standards of professionalism and client service.

If you believe a strong supervisor should never ask their team to do something they wouldn't do themselves, we want to speak with you.

What You'll Do Provide hands-on leadership and oversight for assigned security officers.

Lead by example and maintain a visible presence throughout your shift.

Coach, train, motivate, and hold team members accountable for performance and professional standards.

Conduct shift briefings and ensure officers understand assignments, post orders, and client expectations.

Serve as a key point of contact between security personnel, M1 Global leadership, and client stakeholders.

Maintain a professional, hospitality-focused environment for employees, executives, visitors, and vendors.

Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism, sound judgment, and urgency.

Conduct site inspections and identify security, safety, and operational concerns.

Ensure incidents and operational issues are accurately documented, reported, and escalated.

Assist with staffing and operational needs to maintain appropriate site coverage and continuity between shifts.
