M&A Strategy & Governance Senior Consultant

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives.

We offer comprehensive end-to-end support and advisory services, covering areas such as valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.

As a Senior Consultant within M&A Strategy & Governance (S&G), you will support clients through integration and divestiture activities that drive transition readiness and long-term value.

This role sits within Deloitte's M&A Offering and focuses on helping organizations respond to transaction opportunities, execute separation or integration priorities, and accelerate transformation.

Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant in M&A S&G, as part of the M&A Integration & Divestiture (I&D) team, you will be responsible for:


* Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through integration and separation planning, analysis, and execution and synthesizing overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions.


* Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing workplans, tracking milestones, coordinating dependencies across workstreams, and identifying changes in scope or risks.


* Building and selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business cases, pricing or complex financial analyses, and client-ready deliverables to support synergy, cost reduction, migration, and rationalization decisions.


* Working with managers and cross-functional teams to validate outputs, communicate recommendations, and deliver work aligned to client needs and engagement objectives.
