Rock Creek Care Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN (as-needed) basis.

💰 Pay: $41-$47 per hour (DOE)
📍 Location: Rock Creek Care Center
🕒 Schedule: PRN / Per Diem - Flexible Scheduling

Responsibilities


* Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.


* Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.


* Carry out individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.


* Monitor resident progress and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist.


* Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.


* Complete accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications


* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.


* Current California PTA license in good standing.


* Strong communication and teamwork skills.


* Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.


* Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.
