Job Overview

Paseo Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of a 50-unit, 7-story apartment construction project.

This role is fully responsible for managing all field operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Site Superintendent is the primary on-site leader and is accountable for coordinating all trades, managing daily site activities, enforcing safety protocols, and driving project progress from ground-up through completion.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities



* Project & Field Leadership
+ Take full responsibility for day-to-day jobsite operations from start to finish.
+ Lead and coordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
+ Act as the primary on-site point of contact for project stakeholders.


* Scheduling & Production
+ Develop, manage, and enforce the project schedule in coordination with Project Management.
+ Sequence work efficiently and proactively identify and mitigate delays.
+ Track daily progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time.


* Quality Control
+ Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and building codes.
+ Conduct regular inspections and enforce high-quality standards across all trades.
+ Identify deficiencies and drive timely resolution.


* Safety Management
+ Maintain a safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant jobsite at all times.
+ Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
+ Take immediate corrective action on unsafe conditions.


* Trade & Vendor Coordination
+ Manage subcontractor performance, productivity, and accountability.
