Finance Manager, Segment Lead

Molex is seeking a highly motivated Segment Finance Manager to serve as a strategic partner to the leaders of our global I ndustrial Solutions (ISBU) business.
You will shape decisions that influence growth, profitability, investment priorities, and long-term performance.
The role combines P&L management, planning, and profitability analysis with hands-on involvement in customer opportunities, new product launches, and strategic initiatives.
With significant visibility to senior leadership, you will have the opportunity to challenge assumptions, turn complex data into clear choices, and help the business convert strategy into measurable results

Working closely with leaders across product management, engineering, operations, and finance, you will help shape strategy , evaluate growth opportunities, and drive performance through data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Do
* Drive automation, reporting improvements, and data quality initiatives by leveraging Snowflake, Power BI, and other tools to improve decision-making and visibility.
* Evaluate customer opportunities, new product launches, footprint optimization, capacity expansions , and strategic investments.
* Lead revenue forecasting and partner with demand and supply planning to ensure accurate signals for manufacturing.
* Develop financial scenarios, strategic analyses, and decision-support models to guide leadership.
* Translate financial performance into actionable business insights that drive profitability improvement initiatives.
* Provide concise and insightful commentary on business performance, key drivers, opportunities, and risks.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Bachelor's degree in Finance , Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
* Progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, operations finance, or business partnering roles.
