We are seeking motivated Finance Analyst candidates to join Wichita-headquartered Koch companies following graduation.

In this role, you'll apply analytical thinking, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills to support business decisions, drive continuous improvement, and create long-term value.

As an early career contributor, you'll collaborate with business leaders, finance professionals, and stakeholders across the organization while building a strong foundation in finance and business operations.

What You Will Do



* Analyze financial and operational data to support business decision-making


* Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities


* Develop reports, dashboards, and financial models that provide meaningful business insights


* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial analysis


* Partner with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization to improve performance and business processes


* Utilize AI-enabled tools and technology to analyze data, improve efficiency, and support informed business decisions


* Present findings and recommendations to finance and business teams


* Support projects that drive operational excellence and value creation

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Enrolled in a business degree program such as Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Agribusiness, or a related field


* Expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027


* Ability to work onsite at our Wichita, KS headquarters full-time following graduation


* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

What Will Put You Ahead



* Previous internship, co-op, leadership, or work experience


* Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or business strategy projects


* Experience leveraging Excel or similar analytical tools to analyze data, solve business problems, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement


* Exposure to financial modeling, data visualization, or business intelligence tools


* Demonstrated leadership through student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement


* Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and how they can be applied to improve decision-making, increase efficiency, and create value
