0.8 or FT Medical Secretary - Mercy

Minneapolis Radiation Oncology is recruiting for a Part time 0.8 or full-time Medical Secretary to work in our busy Radiation Therapy Department located within Mercy Specialty Center in Coon Rapids and cover at our Unity clinic in Fridley and North Clinic in Robbinsdale.

This position will work at the Coon Rapids location about half the time and cover at Fridley and Robbinsdale the other half.

The ability to flex up and stay late occasionally if patients are still in the clinic is important.

Duties include: Greeting and registering patients in a welcoming mannerScheduling new patient consultations and a variety of follow-up appointmentsRequesting and organizing prior medical recordsPreparing patient charts with medical history for new patientsAnswering phones professionallySupporting Physicians and Nurses with administrative duties
