What you will be doing in the role of a Director, of External and Internal Communications The Director of Executive and Internal Communications will play a critical role in shaping how employees and external audiences understand and engage with the organizations mission, priorities and leadership.

Serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives, this role will lead the development of executive speeches, presentations and written communications, while supporting media opportunities and speaking engagements that elevate leadership voices and advance the organizations mission.

The Director will collaborate closely with HR and cross-functional partners to craft clear, consistent messaging around organizational priorities, culture and change initiatives.

In addition, the role will develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that ensures employees are informed, aligned and connected across team This individual will have the demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization, and have a track record of generating results.

The successful candidate will have experience working with and providing counsel to senior executives and have the confidence and know-how to guide their communications activities.

The role requires strong research, attention to detail and the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging narratives.
