Family Child Care Substitute Specialist - Becker and Otter Tail County

JOB FUNCTION: Prepare for and manage the daily operations of assigned family child care programs while serving as either a substitute or a second adult caregiver.

Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Develop positive, collaborative relationships with family child care educators.

Promote awareness of available shared services and connect providers with resources that help reduce costs, save time, and support long-term program sustainability.

Position will serve family child care providers in Becker and Otter Tail County (Lake Park, Detroit Lakes, Pelican Rapids and Frazee Area)
