Donation Attendant II Logistics - ADC - 6301

Position Summary Responsible for the timely, safe and accurate receipt and sorting of goods collected from donors at Attended Donation Centers.

Essential Duties (Other duties within the scope of this position may be assigned.) 1.

Must be effective in demonstrating all core Donation Attendant and Donation Attendant I essential duties.

2.

Manage time effectively to supply accurate, sorted product to the textile and wares production associates.

3.

Manage material handling processes to allow production to be continuous.

This includes the movement of sorted product to processing teams, as well as, the removal of full salvage and trash.

4.

Trains associates on electric lift stacker or forklift.

5.

Successfully complete established training modules and demonstrate proficiency in areas covered.

Supervisory Responsibilities The associate in this position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Education/Experience/Certificates/Security Clearance High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Must have completed Donation Attendant II training and successfully passed corresponding assessments.

Must be certified to train others on electric lift stacker or forklift certified.

The associate is not required to drive as part of their job duties.

The associate in this position will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check.

No computer skills are required.

Associates designated as floaters" will be required to have travel to multiple locations for work.

Information Privacy and Security This associate may have access to Confidential Information (CI) and is required to be familiar with the Goodwill Privacy policy 10.23 related to the handling of CI, and follow all related procedures required to protect the privacy and security of CI.

Physical Demands/Work Environment/Work Conditions The associate is required to lift up to 50 pounds alone and to team lift 50 or more pounds.

Must be able to lift 25 pounds above their head.

Must be able to push and pull up to 500 pounds.

The associate works in an environment with frequent exposure to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.).

The associate must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as business needs dictate.
