Smart Maintenance and Repair Facility, Software Engineering Senior Consultant

Work you'll do

As a Smart Maintenance and Repair Facility, Software Engineer on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:


* Design, plan, and deliver Smart Manufacturing and Repair Factory experiences, including tours, workshops, and client sessions that showcase advanced digital and physical technologies.


* Develop and maintain experience materials, including use case content, agendas, objectives, client background information, workshop inputs, and customized talking points for delivery teams and host teams.


* Conduct client and visitor preparation activities, including stakeholder coordination, pre-visit research, experience design calls, workbook development, on-site dry runs, and real-time workshop documentation.


* Support facility operations by coordinating equipment readiness, service and maintenance activities, safety procedures, incident protocols, and operation of manufacturing technologies used during tours and demonstrations.


* Build and maintain working relationships across client teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, interns, and support teams to enable effective experience delivery and ongoing Smart Factory operations.
