Work You'll Do

As a Project - Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for:


* Translate mission needs and data requirements into functional migration and integration requirements.


* Develop source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, validation criteria, and data quality checks.


* Create test scenarios, document expected results, and support defect triage and resolution activities.


* Coordinate with business, product, and technical stakeholders to align system changes to roadmap priorities and implementation objectives.


* Support operational readiness by documenting procedures and helping ensure changes align with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelors Degree Required


* 5+ years of experience in data migration, data integration, or system implementation


* 3+ years of experience developing source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and data validation criteria
