Dental - Front Office Coordinator

Looking to add an outgoing personable Front Desk Coordinator with Coastal Kids Dental and Braces.

Brand new James Island office, currently open 2-3 days/week.

Perfect for someone looking for flexible hours.

Or, if looking or Fulltime, extra days are available at one of our 10 other locations.

Must be good with technology, quick learner, enjoys a challenge.

Requirements: Bilingual preferred Schedule: 730a - 5p Travel required: between James Island and West Ashley Education and Experience: Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent.

Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.

Specific Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.

Ability to travel between multiple locations.

Customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.

Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management.

Must possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.

Strong PC skills and ability to learn and successfully use new programs as required.
