Your mission:

As a Senior Client Delivery Specialist, you act as the central point of accountability for orchestrating the successful delivery of clients' energy management programs.

You serve as the primary interface between clients and internal service delivery teams, ensuring seamless coordination, alignment, and execution of all contracted services.

In this role, you lead the end-to-end client journey - from onboarding through ongoing service delivery and program maturity - ensuring that all services are implemented effectively and operate smoothly.

You oversee the overall performance of the client's program, proactively monitoring delivery, addressing risks, and ensuring commitments are met in line with service agreements.

You are responsible for building strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through consistent, high-quality delivery.

As the main point of contact, you also provide expert guidance and training on Schneider Electric's cloud-based energy and sustainability platform, enabling clients to fully leverage digital tools and gain value from their services.

Additionally, you play a key role in ensuring clarity and transparency around service scope and deliverables, coordinating closely with internal teams to drive accountability, resolve issues, and continuously improve the client experience.

As a senior team member, you contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team, supporting the development of junior colleagues and promoting best practices across the organization.

Your commitment to excellence will be demonstrated through your thorough understanding and compliance to Schneider Electric Advisory Service's established supply, sustainability and efficiency processes, and your ability to identify and communicate potential improvements in our systems and procedures.
