Key Responsibilities


* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.


* Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.


* Accurately document service work, including labor, materials used, and customer communications.


* Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, options, and recommendations.


* Uphold cleanliness, organization, and professionalism on job sites.


* Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency services.


* Coordinate effectively with dispatch, team members, and customers to ensure smooth operations.


* Follow all safety protocols and maintain applicable certifications.

Qualifications


* 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.


* High school diploma or GED required.


* Valid NYS Driver's License and clean driving record.


* EPA 608 Certification required.


* OSHA 10 Certification preferred.


* Excellent communication and customer service skills.


* Strong troubleshooting abilities and mechanical aptitude.


* Able to work independently and as part of a team.


* Organized, dependable, and committed to continuous learning.
