In this role, you will lead installation projects, ensuring that HVAC systems are installed efficiently and correctly.

You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality installation services, providing our customers with reliable and effective HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


* Lead and manage HVAC installation projects, ensuring all systems are installed according to specifications and industry standards.


* Perform complex HVAC installations for residential clients, including traditional, split-systems, and high-efficiency systems.


* Supervise and mentor installation team members, providing guidance and training as needed.


* Ensure all installation work is performed clean and safely, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.


* Conduct site assessments to plan and prepare for installations, ensuring all necessary materials and tools are available.


* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation, ensuring customer satisfaction.


* Communicate effectively with customers with a high level or professionalism, explaining installation processes and answering any questions they may have.


* Maintain detailed records of installations and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.


* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate should possess:


* Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with a strong understanding of both traditional and high-efficiency systems.


* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.


* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
