Hahn Plumbing-Heating-AC is looking for a skilled, customer-focused HVAC Service Technician and Installer to join our Field Operations team.

In this dual-role position, you'll perform diagnostics, service, and installation of HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities



* Service, repair, and install a range of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.


* Diagnose issues and perform preventative maintenance, including cleaning, tuning, and system adjustments.


* Complete emergency and warranty repairs with professionalism and urgency.


* Interact with customers to explain findings and ensure satisfaction.


* Maintain safety and quality standards on all job sites.

Systems & Equipment Experience



* Rooftop Units (RTUs)


* Commercial and Residential Split Systems


* Ductless Mini-Splits


* Standard Residential Heating and Cooling Systems

Qualifications



* Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience preferred


* EPA Universal Certification required


* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


* Ability to work weekends and take emergency calls as needed


* Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail


* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset


* Own basic hand tools (PPE provided)
