How You Will Make an Impact


* Execute precise lawn maintenance and grounds keeping tasks to meet Salvadore’s high quality standards.


* Perform seasonal property cleanups including raking, debris removal, and site preparation.


* Operate various landscape tools and equipment safely to ensure efficient project completion.


* Provide reliable snow removal and shoveling services during winter months to keep client sites accessible.


* Assist senior crew members with material handling and installation for custom hardscape projects.


* Maintain a clean and organized jobsite to reflect the company’s professional reputation.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Proven reliability and a strong, team-oriented work ethic.


* Physical ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.


* Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols with minimal supervision.


* Positive attitude and a desire to learn the landscaping and hardscaping trade.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Previous experience in professional landscaping, lawn care, or manual construction.


* Familiarity with the safe operation of commercial mowers, blowers, and hand tools.


* Demonstrated interest in career advancement within the green industry.
