How You Will Make an Impact



* Execute high-quality electrical installations in strict accordance with project plans and safety protocols.


* Interpret detailed project drawings and specifications to ensure precise technical delivery.


* Coordinate with field leadership to maintain strict project timelines and budget requirements.


* Maintain accurate documentation of daily field activities and safety compliance reports.


* Resolve real-time technical and logistical issues on-site to prevent project delays.


* Mentor junior team members and apprentices to foster a culture of excellence and safety.


* Represent the company's core values of service and accountability on every job site.

Required Qualifications & Experience



* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically within the electrical field.


* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


* Proven ability to execute complex electrical work with minimal oversight.


* Strong communication skills necessary for managing field documentation and team dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience



* Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent technical training.


* Advanced knowledge of control systems and specialized commercial installations.


* Demonstrated experience in training or coaching junior team members in a field environment.
