Key Responsibilities


* Execute and manage rough and finish carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, and trim work.


* Lead job sites and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to GCB quality standards.


* Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specs.


* Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.


* Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all safety standards.


* Eventually lead your own crew and mentor junior team members.


* Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites.


* Track materials, tools, and daily progress efficiently.


* Represent the company professionally to clients and partners.

Qualifications


* Minimum 7 years of residential carpentry experience, with exposure to various trades.


* Proven ability to lead on-site teams or projects.


* Proficient in framing, drywall, finish carpentry, and trim installation.


* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic.


* Ability to read blueprints and take accurate measurements is required.


* High school diploma or GED required.


* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
