As a working leader, you will supervise 8–10 electricians and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with NEC standards.

This position requires a proactive mindset, strong field knowledge, and the ability to maintain seamless communication between field personnel and management.

Key Responsibilities



* Supervise daily operations for crews of 8–10 electricians and apprentices on industrial project sites


* Plan and assign daily tasks, track crew productivity, and maintain a safe and organized jobsite


* Coordinate with superintendents and project managers to ensure milestones are met


* Monitor and maintain electrical quality standards, ensuring all work complies with NEC regulations


* Manage truck stock, tools, and material deliveries to avoid delays and maintain readiness


* Troubleshoot installation issues and provide field-level solutions efficiently


* Maintain accurate daily reports, including manpower, progress, and material needs


* Participate in safety meetings and lead by example to uphold jobsite safety protocols


* Support and mentor junior electricians, fostering a culture of learning and accountability

Qualifications



* 5+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred


* Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, controls, and NEC compliance


* Proven ability to lead and motivate crews in fast-paced environments


* Excellent organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills


* Comfortable using smartphones, email, and digital tools to communicate and track progress


* High school diploma or GED preferred


* Must represent Beargate with professionalism, dependability, and a strong work ethic
