Key Responsibilities



* Plan and oversee all phases of residential construction projects from planning through completion.


* Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure efficient project delivery.


* Lead and coordinate teams of subcontractors, vendors, and trade professionals.


* Monitor project budgets, track costs, and identify opportunities for cost efficiency.


* Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and quality expectations.


* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent service.


* Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and address potential risks proactively.


* Manage on-site challenges and coordinate solutions to keep projects on schedule.


* Conduct jobsite inspections to maintain workmanship quality and safety standards.


* Oversee final project walkthroughs and ensure a seamless handover to clients.

Qualifications



* 5+ years of experience in residential construction leadership roles such as Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or Project Manager preferred.
