Work you'll do:

As a Project Manager on the operations and sustainment team, you will be responsible for...


* Lead day-to-day operational support and sustainment activities for enterprise mission systems


* Coordinate incident response, troubleshooting, user support, and issue resolution across stakeholder groups


* Manage release readiness activities, including planning, tracking, and coordination with technical and functional teams


* Monitor work execution within ServiceNow and support adherence to established operational processes


* Coordinate with cybersecurity and customer stakeholders to support compliance with security, governance, and Authority to Operate requirements

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* Active Top Secret Clearance


* 7+ years of experience managing information technology projects, programs, or operations


* 1+ years of experience using ServiceNow in an enterprise environment


* 2+ years of experience coordinating release readiness, deployment support, or sustainment activities


* 2+ years of experience supporting Risk Management Framework or Authority to Operate compliance activities


* Ability to travel 15-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
