PPBE Senior Consultant, Controllership

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies.

You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value.

Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant, Controllership, you will provide critical analytical, programmatic, and financial management support throughout the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) lifecycle.

You will be primarily responsible for supporting the formulation, justification, presentation, and defense of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and the Budget Estimate Submission (BES) for the client's POM.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategic operational requirements and fiscal realities, ensuring that program funding aligns with overarching defense capabilities and mission objectives.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 5+ years of experience with the PPBE process, especially Planning, Programming and appropriation types


* Active Secret security clearance required


* Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 3 - 4 days per week
