Work you'll do

As an Oracle ERP Delivery Manager on the Enterprise Operations as a Service Oracle Operate team, you will be responsible for:


* Leading assigned Oracle ERP workstreams or service areas across transition, stabilization, steady-state operations, and enhancements


* Coordinating day-to-day support for Oracle ERP and connected applications, including service requests, incidents, issues, and enhancements


* Managing client relationships for assigned delivery areas and communicating status, risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations to client and engagement leadership


* Executing delivery governance, including status reporting, key performance indicators, service-level agreements, action tracking, risk management, escalation management, and quality management


* Supporting staffing, financial tracking, scheduling, prioritization, and resource coordination for assigned delivery areas while identifying opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency through automation, analytics, and Generative AI


* Supporting proposals, solution sizing, operating model development, and client presentations while mentoring and providing guidance to team members
