Work you'll do

As a Manager, Data and Insights on the SAP team, you will be responsible for:


* Manage and deliver components of SAP data and analytics engagements for enterprise clients, supporting business modernization through SAP digital solutions.


* Lead requirements gathering, solution planning, architecture, testing, implementation, deployment, and hypercare activities for SAP HANA and BW/4HANA-based solutions.


* Translate functional and technical requirements into project designs, process flows, business blueprint documents, and implementation deliverables.


* Develop integration strategy and architecture recommendations for SAP HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, and SAP Analytics Cloud within client environments.


* Drive program coordination, stakeholder management, governance, and issue resolution across global implementation teams and project phases.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree, or an associate degree plus 10+ years of experience delivering SAP, enterprise data, analytics, or consulting solutions


* 8+ years of experience supporting solution design and end-to-end implementation delivery for SAP data and analytics programs in a consulting firm, industry environment, or both


* 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP BW on HANA, or SAP Business Warehouse
