Environmental Field Chemist (CleanPack Chemist) – CDL Training Provided

Clean Harbors is seeking an Environmental Field Chemist (CleanPack Chemist) to support a growing customer base throughout Central Oregon in the Bend, Redmond and Madras area.

Don't have a CDL yet? We are willing to provide CDL training for the right environmental candidate.

This is a field-based, customer-facing environmental position not a laboratory chemist position.

The Environmental Field Chemist will work primarily at medical and healthcare customer locations performing environmental services including waste collection, packaging and segregation, container exchanges, small lab packs and preparation of materials for transportation.

The successful candidate will be trained to obtain a Class B CDL and ultimately operate a 26-foot box truck as part of the position.

Because the CDL will be an important part of supporting our new Central Oregon business, candidates must be willing and able to begin CDL training on an accelerated timeline after hire.

Occasional out-of-town work and overnight travel will be required.
