* High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.


* Minimum of five years related experience working with an executive or senior level manager.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications


* Associate's degree in an administrative professional curriculum from an accredited institution.


* Ability to conduct responsibilities with minimal supervision.


* Must be able to manage multiple priorities and support multiple initiatives simultaneously.


* Highly organized and effective interpersonal skills.


* Must possess a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, business etiquette, and discretion.


* Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)


* Legal and manufacturing experience


* Experience and understanding of dynamics of working in a large organization.


* Knowledge of ITAR

The EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, reports to the VP, Technology and Engineering, and will be located in our Research Center facility.

Key responsibilities will include:



* Perform a variety of complex and responsible administrative duties and projects.


* Provides high level administrative support to VP, Technology and Engineering.


* Coordinates Non-Disclosure Agreements and Patents for Howmet.

This includes coordinating information with location leadership, Engineering, Commercial Organization, and Legal.
