Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.

The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Role Profile

The DS Manager, Global Payroll Product leads global payroll product strategy, process standardization, technology enablement, data migration, integrations, and operational readiness for Payroll and Time & Attendance.

The role serves as a business product owner for payroll-enabling platforms and partners across Payroll, HR, Compliance, IT, Contact Center, vendors, and regional teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and employee-centered payroll solutions.

This leader will guide transformation from country-based processes to global standards while ensuring business continuity during separation, implementation, go-live, and steady state.
