The Senior Marketing Manager leads the overall marketing strategy and innovation and contributes to the growth and operating results of the company by providing leadership and direction on the BCC category.

Responsible for delivering topline growth, accretive margins, market shares, and brand equity.

The role reports to the BCC Brand & Innovation Director who leads the overall marketing for APAC BCC.

Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:


* Own the regional marketing strategy for Baby & Child Care.

Drive clarity on brand fundamentals: brand vision, segmentation, architecture, idea, and positioning.


* Elevate brand story telling, creative content quality to drive richer consumer engagement


* Define robust 3-year innovation pipeline rooted in local consumer needs and aligned with brand architecture.


* Act as the connective tissue between the global marketing/growth organizations and the local markets


* Ensure best in class commercial execution in the market (communication, activation programs) by collaborating with local partners, translating the brand fundamentals into well-defined and executable frameworks
