HR Business Partner Intern (Apodaca, Mty)

What will you do?


* Attention to operational personnel


* Follow-up on personnel cases


* Reports on headcount, absenteeism, turnover, and impact KPIs


* Support in organizing plant events

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.


* Expected graduation date: December 2027 or later.


* Intermediate conversational English.


* Availability to work 100% onsite at Monterrey Plant 4.


* Availability to work one of the following schedules:
+ 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM
+ 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM
+ 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is desirable.


* Basic understanding of HR concepts and interest in developing a career in HR.


* Time Management


* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
