* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)


* Project Scope: High-End Residential Plumbing Installation, System Layouts, and Premium Fixture Retrofits.


* Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Current Minnesota Journeyman Plumber License and a Valid Driver's License.

As a Residential Journeyman Plumber for Waconia Comfort, you will step away from basic service routes and focus on high-quality, relationship-driven installation projects.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Precision Installation: Diagnose, layout, install, and repair complete residential plumbing systems, routing lines, and high-end fixtures to exceptional aesthetic and technical standards.


* Blueprint Interpretation: Read and flawlessly interpret complex blueprints, structural drawings, and system architectural layouts on-site.


* Technical Mastery: Apply advanced water flow principles, execute flawless brazing, and utilize modern diagnostic testing equipment safely and efficiently.


* Customer Trust: Provide a premium, relationship-driven experience for homeowners by communicating installation steps clearly and respecting their living spaces.


* Operational Accuracy: Maintain an organized technical inventory, report tool or equipment issues proactively, and complete clean installation documentation daily.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Licensure: Current, active Minnesota Journeyman Plumber License.


* Driving: Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record to operate company vehicles safely.


* Physical Strength: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 pounds on occasion during heavy equipment placement.


* Mobility: Comfort working in confined spaces, at height from extension and step ladders, and performing frequent kneeling, squatting, and bending.


* Tools: Provision and maintenance of the personal hand and power tools necessary to execute daily plumbing installation duties.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* High school diploma or GED.


* Strong background in dedicated residential plumbing installation environments.


* Deep, intuitive understanding of the current Minnesota plumbing codes and safety standards.
