We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Director, MedTech Surgery Robotics and Digital (RAD) to be located in Santa Clara, CA or Raritan, NJ.

Role Overview

The Senior Director, MedTech Surgery Robotics and Digital is a business strategist and product‑minded technology leader who partners closely with the RAD leadership team to shape growth strategies, modernize platforms, and deliver differentiated digital and AI capabilities for customers and patients.

This leader serves as the critical point of connection between business strategy and technology execution, developing technology as a competitive advantage for the business.

This is a business‑facing technology role, orchestrating the full breadth of JJT products, platforms, and services to maximize value, speed, and quality for the MedTech portfolio.

This role will engage deeply with senior business leaders to define priorities and deliver outcomes.

The Surgery Robotics and Digital (RAD) business encompasses digital surgery/robotics platforms, OR integration, imaging and computer vision, field service digitization, supply continuity and instrument lifecycle analytics.

* Co‑create the technology strategy for Robotics and Digital in alignment with MedTech business goals; translate strategy into a prioritized multi‑year product and platform roadmap with clear value outcomes
