Job Description:

The Quality Manager provides regional leadership for quality, product safety, and regulatory compliance programs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, applicable regulations, and internal quality standards.

This role partners closely with plant leadership and site quality teams to strengthen quality capability, drive consistency in execution, and support continuous improvement across the region.

The position also serves as a key resource for troubleshooting product and process quality issues, supporting audits, and providing technical guidance and coaching to help sites improve overall quality performance.

Key Responsibilities



* Provide regional leadership for quality systems, product safety, and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to company standards and applicable regulations.


* Partner with plant teams to develop, implement, and sustain quality programs, processes, and performance standards.


* Monitor quality performance and identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities related to products, processes, and systems.


* Lead or support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and resolution of product, process, and compliance issues.


* Provide technical quality support to plants, including troubleshooting system-related quality issues and supporting product-related concerns.


* Support preparation for and participation in internal and external quality audits, helping ensure readiness and follow-through on findings.


* Coach, train, and develop plant personnel and less experienced quality team members to strengthen capability and drive consistent execution.


* Serve as a subject matter resource for questions related to quality systems, product safety, compliance, and quality standards.


* Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, regulatory, and other partners to improve quality outcomes and standardize best practices.
