Lindsay Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night shift team! As a member of our NOC shift team, you will help ensure our residents receive attentive, quality care throughout the night.

Your clinical judgment, calming presence, and dedication will make a meaningful difference in their comfort, safety, and well-being.
What You'll Do


* Provide compassionate nursing care that respects each resident's dignity, preferences, and individual needs.


* Perform nursing assessments, monitor residents' conditions, and respond promptly to changes.


* Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established care plans.


* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care, observations, and resident responses.


* Communicate changes in condition and concerns to physicians, nursing leadership, and families as appropriate.


* Provide direction and support to LVNs and CNAs to promote coordinated care.


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident goals and continuity of care.


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and other nursing needs during the shift.


* Follow infection-prevention practices and promote a safe, comfortable environment.


* Provide reassurance and support to residents and families.


* Deliver thorough shift reports to ensure a smooth transition between care teams.

What You'll Bring


* Current, active California Registered Nurse license in good standing.


* Graduation from an accredited nursing program.


* Current CPR/BLS certification.


* Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.


* Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.


* Sound clinical judgment and the ability to prioritize resident needs.


* A dependable, team-oriented approach and a positive attitude.


* A passion for caring for others and making residents feel valued.


* Availability to work the NOC shift.
