Capacity & Clinical Governance Co-ordinator, UK

1.

Conduct monthly and quarterly registration checks, maintain compliance records, update Cascade, and support Clinical Governance and CME reporting.

2.

Process clinical approvals and revocations, manage MSD updates, amendments and deletions, and maintain central course records across Lot 1 and Lot 2.

3.

Produce governance reports, data packs and assurance documentation whilst supporting governance reviews and quality improvement initiatives.

4.

Track compliance, audits, risks, incidents and governance activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

5.

Manage central inboxes, coordinate ID badge requests, and support day-to-day administrative functions across the organisation.

6.

Coordinate out-of-hours and MHFC rotas, undertake recruitment cross-checks, and assist with workforce administration processes.

7.

Assisted with inspections, accreditation processes and committee reporting to ensure high-quality service delivery & support continuing professional development and compliance training requirements.

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

• Ability to analyse, collate and present data in a clear and concise manner.
