Industrial Project Manager

Join us as an Industrial Project Manager and lead initiatives that transform how we operate.

In this role, you will drive plant-level planning transformation, implement Engineer-to-Order (ETO) standard processes, and lead cross-functional projects that improve operational performance, productivity, quality, and sustainability.

You will partner with plant leadership and key stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives, champion continuous improvement, and deliver measurable business results.

What will you do?


* Lead the implementation and adoption of ETO standard planning processes across the plant's end-to-end planning activities.



* Manage industrial transformation and continuous improvement projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.



* Coordinate cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around shared project goals that support plant and organizational priorities.



* Coach and support planning teams on standard methodologies, best practices, and process excellence.



* Drive the Schneider Performance System (SPS) within the planning function by establishing improvement objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring sustainable results.



* Establish planning standards, governance processes, and key performance metrics to improve consistency and operational effectiveness.



* Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including service levels, lead times, forecast accuracy, project milestones, and operational performance.



* Identify, assess, and mitigate project and operational risks to maintain momentum and ensure successful outcomes.



* Develop and execute transformation roadmaps focused on critical improvements and measurable business impact.



* Partner with Planning Managers, Plant Leadership, and Transformation Leaders to drive change management initiatives and address performance gaps.



* Leverage digital tools and technologies to improve planning visibility, project execution, collaboration, and decision-making.



* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, innovation, and best-practice sharing across the organization.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?



* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is required.


* 5+ years of leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Project Management.



* Proven experience leading transformation, process improvement, or continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing or industrial environment.



* Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, resource management, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
