Position Overview

In this role, you'll manage all aspects of public and private civil construction projects of various sizes by preparing estimates and bid packages and managing each project through to completion.

You'll serve as the primary point of contact to communicate project costs, staffing, scheduling, and updates with contractors.

As a Senior Estimator/Project Manager, you'll play an integral part as we stand together to reinvent the way our world is built.

Compensation: $135k+ annually, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)


* Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals and other documents to prepare time, material, equipment, production and labor estimates.


* Prepare preliminary estimates for planning purposes and detailed estimates based on final plans and specifications.
