Purpose:

The Principal Project Manager, Hip & Knee R&D Data Operations, Budget & Program Excellence serves as a strategic leader within the Hip & Knee R&D organization.

This individual is responsible for advancing portfolio visibility, enabling data-driven decision making, and driving operational excellence across project, program, and budget management processes.

The role leads high-impact initiatives focused on portfolio analytics, financial planning, resource management, governance, reporting, digital tool deployment, and business process transformation.

Working across Hip and Knee within our Depuy Synthes organization, partnering closely with PMO, Finance, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial organizations, the Principal Project Manager ensures scalable operating models enable improved execution, decision quality, and organizational effectiveness.
