Position Summary

As a CNA at The Pines, you will provide routine daily nursing care and support services to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.

You'll play a vital role in promoting resident comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being while working closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff.

Key Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)


* Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and resident observations


* Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights


* Maintain accurate, timely documentation per facility policies


* Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff


* Support admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Maintain a clean, safe, and calm resident environment


* Uphold resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality at all times


* Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications


* Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of California


* CPR preferred


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassionate, dependable, and motivated attitude


* Ability to follow care plans, policies, and procedures
