Network Master Planner

This role is responsible for creating planning discipline across the manufacturing network by connecting SIOP outputs, demonstrated plant capacity, material availability, customer priorities, and production constraints into one executable network plan.

This role functions as a control tower for manufacturing planning, providing enterprise visibility to demand, supply, capacity, constraints, and schedule risk across the full manufacturing footprint.

This position converts demand signals, customer priorities, and site capacity into a synchronized network MPS that supports customer service, plant stability, and efficient use of manufacturing resources.

The Master Planner will work directly with plant schedulers, operations leaders, materials teams, customer service, logistics, finance, and commercial partners to ensure the right work is planned at the right site at the right time.

The role requires a strong network mindset and disciplined SIOP operating cadence.

The Master Planner must evaluate total manufacturing capability across all sites - not just individual plant capacity - to determine the most efficient use of the network, reduce bottlenecks, minimize unnecessary overtime, improve schedule adherence, and proactively escalate risks that could impact customer delivery or operational performance.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

* 5+ years of experience in master scheduling, production planning, supply planning, SIOP, materials planning, or manufacturing operations planning

* Experience planning across multiple manufacturing sites or complex product families preferred.

* Strong understanding of Master Production Scheduling, SIOP, capacity planning, ERP/MRP, finite scheduling, labor planning, and inventory flow

* Demonstrated ability to balance demand and supply across a manufacturing network while protecting customer service and reducing operational waste

* Ability to analyze capacity, backlog, overtime exposure, labor constraints, material availability, and plant execution risk

* Strong ERP/MRP and data analysis skills; advanced Excel and planning/reporting tool capability preferred

* Experience building or maintaining planning dashboards, trackers, capacity views, or executive-level planning summaries.

* Lean manufacturing, visual management, standard work, or continuous improvement experience preferred

* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence plant teams, business leaders, customer service, and cross-functional stakeholders

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility manufacturing environment
