Senior Analyst, Transfer Pricing (Corporate Finance)

Your Job

As a Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst, you'll help drive data-driven decisions that support the financial health and compliance of Molex's global business.

You'll monitor and analyze performance across global legal entities, develop reporting and insights that influence action, and support forecasting and transfer pricing execution activities.

This role combines financial analysis, process improvement, and business partnership, giving you the opportunity to simplify complex global results into clear recommendations.

You'll also play a key role in automation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization.

Working closely with controllers, Finance Solutions, IT, and tax professionals, we help ensure global transfer pricing processes are efficient, sustainable, and well-controlled.

What You Will Do



* Partner with the TP Finance team and TP Tax Manager to monitor global entity/segment margins (e.g., contract manufacturers, limited-risk distributors, service entities) versus target and recommend actions to stay aligned


* Prepare and enhance recurring reporting and dashboards (month-end/quarterly packs), including variance and trend analysis, driver commentary, and escalation of outliers/data quality issues


* Support quarterly TP rate updates by gathering inputs, validating data, performing reasonableness checks, and helping communicate impacts to stakeholders


* Help improve how intercompany service billings are calculated, controlled, and invoiced globally (e.g., allocation keys, cost centers, rate maintenance), with an emphasis on reducing post-close adjustments


* Verify completeness and timeliness of expected TP-related postings and invoices, investigate exceptions, and coordinate resolution with Finance Solutions, LCs/controllers, and IT as needed


* Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives (workpaper upgrades, system enhancements, analytics/AI enablement) by documenting requirements, testing outputs, and creating sustainable controls


* Provide audit and compliance support by maintaining organized support files, explaining drivers behind results, and responding to information requests with clear, data-backed narratives
