Operations Manager – Specialty Cleaning Services

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee our carpet cleaning, window washing, and hard-surface floor care operations.

This position is ideal for someone who understands professional cleaning services, knows how to lead and hold crews accountable, and is highly organized when it comes to scheduling, equipment, and company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee carpet cleaning, window washing, and hard-surface floor care services Schedule crews and coordinate daily and weekly service routes Ensure jobs are properly staffed and completed on schedule Train, coach, and supervise field employees Perform quality-control inspections and follow up on service issues Maintain high standards for customer service and workmanship Communicate with customers and resolve service concerns Ensure crews have the proper equipment, chemicals, and supplies Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when needed Manage company vehicle maintenance, including routine service, repairs, inspections, registration, and maintenance records Monitor vehicle condition, cleanliness, and driver accountability Help control labor, supply, equipment, and operating costs Maintain accurate schedules, service records, and operational documentation Work closely with management to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction Benefits:
