Weekend Maintenance Tech

Position Overview Maintain maintenance operations for facilities, equipment, and vehicles.

Preventive maintenance and repairs, ensures safety compliance, and maintains assets in reliable operating condition.

FridaySunday (6am-6:30pm), 12-hour shifts, paid for 40 hours.

TRAINING will be during weekdays (Please expect to train for at least 2 weeks before transitioning to weekends) Key Responsibilities Promote and enforce a safety-first culture.

Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.

Troubleshoot and repair facility and equipment issues.

Track equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance metrics.

Participate in management and safety meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Minimum 18 years old.

At least 1 year of maintenance experience; manufacturing experience preferred.

Ability to read tape measures, shop drawings, and equipment schematics.

Basic English communication skills.

Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.

Must pass background check, drug screen.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Education High school diploma or GED required.

Technical certifications in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatics, or motor repair preferred.

Skills & Physical Requirements Strong troubleshooting, organization, and delegation skills.

Comfortable performing electrical work and LOTO procedures.

Ability to work in outdoor conditions and temperature extremes.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Overtime availability as needed.

Effective communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Maintenance Scope Facilities: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, networking, and general building repairs.Manufacturing Equipment: CNC, welding, metal and FRP fabrication equipment.

Construction Equipment: Excavators, skid steers, hydraulic and engine systems.

Fleet & Material Handling: Trucks, forklifts, brakes, tires, fuel systems.

Emergency Preparedness: Response planning and drills.

Property Maintenance: Building, grounds, and infrastructure maintenance coordination.
