Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Overview:

PBC Hotel Construction Group is seeking a highly skilled Residential Luxury Home Project Manager to lead exclusive, high-end residential projects from concept through completion.

This role requires a dedicated professional with deep experience in luxury residential construction, outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities, and a keen eye for detail and quality.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and capable of delivering sophisticated homes that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:


* Manage all aspects of luxury residential construction projects, from pre-construction through final walk-through.


* Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain quality and schedule integrity.


* Lead procurement of materials and equipment aligned with design and construction plans.


* Track and control project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.


* Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.


* Provide clients with frequent progress updates and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.


* Conduct routine site visits to oversee construction activities and maintain adherence to high-quality standards.


* Supervise and support construction teams, motivating staff to achieve project goals.


* Proactively identify project risks and mitigate potential delays or cost overruns.

Qualifications:


* Proven experience in managing luxury residential construction projects from start to finish.


* Strong knowledge of residential building systems, methods, and sequencing.


* Highly organized with excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.


* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for managing clients, teams, and external partners.


* Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.


* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.


* Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., PMP, OSHA) are a plus.
