Project Superintendent – Lead High-End Residential and Commercial Builds

Job Overview


* Company: Shorecrest Construction, Inc.


* Salary/Pay Rate: $115,000 - $130,000 base salary plus performance-based bonuses and commission.


* Job/Employment Type: Full Time


* Location: Miami, Florida (Onsite).


* Project Scope: High-end residential and commercial construction.


* Ideal Certifications but not mandatory: Up-to-date CPR/AED certificate and 30-hour OSHA training.

The Opportunity

You will take the helm of fast-paced, design-focused construction projects for an elite general contractor in Miami.

This role offers the unique chance to drive sophisticated, high-end builds while managing tight, highly efficient field operations.

You will have a direct hand in shaping spectacular architecture alongside a team that genuinely loves the craft.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Supervise all day-to-day field construction activities to guarantee projects finish on schedule and within budget.


* Enforce flawless quality control standards and strict safety practices across every square foot of the jobsite.


* Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and monthly safety briefings to maintain alignment and momentum.


* Examine contract drawings and architectural specifications early to identify design deficiencies and impractical details.


* Review and approve subcontractor monthly payment requests, weekly as-built prints, and material vouchers.


* Foster harmonious, high-performing working relationships among all onsite personnel, trade partners, and inspection agencies.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Minimum of 4 years of direct supervisory experience specifically within the building construction trades.


* A combined total of 10 years of experience in building construction, remodeling, or project coordination.


* Proven capability reading blueprints, interpreting complex design specifications, and performing project cost analysis.


* High school graduation or equivalent GED completion.


* Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat for daily field documentation and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* 5 or more years of dedicated experience overseeing high-end, design-forward custom residential or commercial builds.


* College or vocational coursework in construction management, building construction, or a closely related discipline.


* Demonstrated track record of thriving as a self-started, creative problem solver in rapid construction environments.
