* Salary/Pay Rate: $95,000 to $150,000 per year plus Project Completion Bonus (W-2)


* Location: Crowley, LA- Office in Lake Charles, LA (Onsite, No Travel Required)

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital specialist in the Office & Admin division, evaluating complex commercial project frameworks.

This role gives you the autonomy to analyze expenditures and secure profitable bids while collaborating with a supportive pre-construction team.

You will drive project success within an organization that genuinely treats you like family.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Analyze architectural drawings and project specifications to compile accurate material takeoffs.


* Calculate total projected costs for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracts.


* Solicit and evaluate competitive vendor quotes to ensure optimal project cost-control.


* Collaborate closely with project managers and field operations to align estimates with actual construction capabilities.


* Prepare comprehensive, highly detailed bid proposals for commercial construction opportunities.


* Review historical cost data to continuously refine and improve estimating accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Proven track record delivering precise cost estimates within the commercial general construction sector.


* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for negotiating with vendors and working with internal teams.


* Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, maintain rigorous organization, and meet strict bid deadlines.


* Advanced proficiency in interpreting blue prints, structural engineering files, and contractual bid documents.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Minimum of 5 years of related commercial construction estimating experience.


* Prior experience estimating high-stakes commercial builds tied to performance and project completion incentives.
