The Opportunity

You will serve as a key operational leader driving complex residential, commercial, and union concrete projects to successful completion.

Leveraging our long-standing industry relationships, you will take full ownership of project execution, quality, and client satisfaction.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Lead end-to-end management for residential, commercial, and union concrete initiatives.


* Drive project schedules, material deliveries, and budget targets to ensure seamless site operations.


* Collaborate directly with union trade partners, field crews, and clients to maintain strong working relationships.


* Resolve technical site challenges, structural discrepancies, and schedule shifts proactively.


* Monitor project quality standards and enforce strict adherence to design specifications on every job.


* Provide continuous reporting on project milestones, financial tracking, and site performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Demonstrated track record of successful project management within concrete and construction.


* Proven ability to manage multi-faceted residential, commercial, and union project scopes.


* Strong expertise in reading blueprints, managing job costs, and navigating complex subcontracts.


* Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills for managing field and client dynamics.


* Valid driver's license and/or willingness to travel up to 20% within the regional project territory.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.


* 10+ years of dedicated construction management experience in high-volume markets.


* Established familiarity with local union guidelines and regional concrete build standards.
