The Opportunity:

You will serve as a critical project leader, taking full ownership of complex commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from initial preconstruction through final closeout.

This high-visibility role allows you to drive schedule adherence, control budgets, and champion quality standards for a company that values your expertise and accountability.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Manage the full lifecycle of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from preconstruction planning through project closeout.


* Oversee scope reviews, budgeting, scheduling, equipment procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change order management.


* Monitor job costing and billing continuously to protect project schedules, cash flow, and overall profitability.


* Direct field coordination efforts and collaborate closely with technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and general contractors.


* Resolve technical and logistical field issues in real time to avoid project delays, budget overruns, or safety hazards.


* Maintain complete and accurate project documentation while ensuring full compliance with safety, quality, and inspection standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing commercial mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing construction projects.


* Proven track record of managing project budgets, scheduling, job costing, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.


* Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical plans, blue prints, system specifications, and contracts.


* Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills necessary to coordinate with facility managers, GCs, and field crews.


* Proactive problem-solving abilities with a consistent track record of protecting project timelines and profitability.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* 12+ years of progressive, related experience within commercial mechanical construction operations.


* Completion of a trade program, technical certification, or recognized mechanical-trades apprenticeship in HVAC/R, Plumbing, or Construction Management.


* Demonstrated experience concurrently managing multiple complex commercial project sites.
