Assistant Director

Summary The primary purpose of this position is to directly support the Facility Director with assisting in all facets of facility operations.

This position assumes the Facility Director role in the absence of the Facility Director.

Assists in compliance with all referral contracts.Monitors daily operations of the facility, or areas as designated.Manages facility transportation and coordinates with admissions as necessary.Provides oversight of Program Monitors and/or other assigned staff.Assists in personnel management in conjunction with the corporate human resources.Assists, in conjunction with training coordinator, in the development of staff trainingprograms.Assists in the review/approve referrals.Develops lines of communication with staff as well as current and potential referralsources.Reviews the Policy and Procedure Manual on a quarterly basis and recommend changes ifapplicable.Tours the facility on a daily basis and monitor safety, sanitation, and maintenance formandatory compliance.Performs other duties as assigned.
